Mold Construction
The molds manufactured are being tested in the injection moulding department. With the 36 injection moulding machines that cover a wide range of production capability, we are able to test the functionality and productivity of the mold, by testing the parameters, which were set as standards from the beginning (weight of the article, cycle time etc.).
Each mold is accompanied with a full technical report with all the operating parameters for the fast and optimum beginning of the production process. Integrating our services, we offer you the capability of producing plastic articles in the highest possible quality by applying procedures of continuous quality control.
